We are looking for a Sales and Project Coordinator (m/f/d) at the earliest possible date.
Your responsibilities
You will be in direct contact with our customers (European or American OEMs) and understand their needs and our position. You will coordinate component, assembly and/or system requests (RfQs) within the Shentong network, with the aim of submitting quotations on time. You will take the lead in sales and know how to optimally involve your internal partners through effective communication throughout the entire sales process. Our customers are our most valuable asset; therefore, customer satisfaction is our top priority. After a successful conclusion (nomination/business award), you will serve as the communication link between our customer and our project team in China. You will support the project through SOP and, if applicable, beyond into series support.

Who we are looking for
- Completed vocational training with a technical college qualification (Master Craftsman, Technician) or a university of applied sciences degree in business administration or a technical field
- Experience with/working with European OEMs
- Initiative and a solution-oriented mindset
- Interest in the automotive industry and international collaboration
- Very good German and English skills; business-fluent Chinese skills (at least C1) due to daily communication with our sites in China.
- Structured, reliable way of working
- Resilience and willingness to travel (<30%)
The position is permanent and advertised as full-time. Part-time employment is generally possible.
